Shipping

In order to offer you full transparency, we would like to inform you about our shipping costs structure. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of different product categories you have in your purchase.

The exact shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you complete the purchase. This calculation is based on the number of different product categories in your shopping cart. The more different categories, the higher the shipping costs, up to a maximum amount of €15.14.

Within Germany:

  • Standard shipping (5-11 working days): 4.42 € (flat rate)

In the EU:

  • Standard shipping (5-11 working days): 4.42 € (flat rate)

    Category Sweatshirts / Hoodies / Windbreakers:

    Within Germany:

    • Standard shipping (5-11 working days): 6.46 € (flat rate)

    In the EU:

    • Standard shipping (5-11 working days): 6.46 € (flat rate)

      Category Accessories (Caps, Beanies):

      Within Germany:

      • Standard shipping (5-11 working days): 4.24 € (flat rate)

      In the EU:

        Shipping costs calculation when ordering multiple items from different product categories

        For orders in our online shop, the following rules apply to the calculation of shipping costs:

        Shipping costs for items from the same product category

        When you order items from a single product category, you pay a flat shipping fee that is set for your respective shipping zone. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the zone to which the items are delivered.

        Shipping costs for items from different product categories

        If you order items from different product categories, the flat shipping costs for each product category are added together. The total costs are therefore the sum of the respective flat rates stored for your shipping zone.

        Example for clarification

        • If you order multiple items from the "T-Shirts" product category, you pay the flat rate for T-shirts set for your shipping zone.
        • If you also order items from the "Sweatshirt" product category, the flat rate for accessories will be added to the flat rate for clothing.
        • The final shipping costs correspond to the sum of the flat rates of both categories, according to your shipping zone.

        1 x trucker cap (28€)

        Total value of goods: 123€

        Shipping costs: 15,14€

        Total cost: 138,14€

        Delivery times

        Our delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. The delivery times indicated refer to working days and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen events.

          Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

          Customs and import duties

          Customs and import fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authorities for possible additional costs.

          Transport damage

          Please ensure that the package is intact when it is handed over. If necessary, open it in the presence of the delivery person. Do not accept packages that are damaged or obviously opened, as this is considered tacit confirmation that the package has been received in perfect condition. If in doubt, make a note of the delivery person's name.

          IMPORTANT: The return address applicable to your order can be found on the enclosed delivery note.

          The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

          You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

          You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
